Amaqui is a professional singer/songwriter and vocal performer who writes ethereal, emotional pop.

Amaqui, who was born and raised in NYC as Amaqui Zori Sanchez-Warner, won a prestigious YoungArts Award in 2021 in pop vocals at 17 and  then attended Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU’s Tisch School for the Arts on full scholarship. She completed a studio recording/producing program at Stargate's LAAMP program (Los Angeles Academy of Artists and Music Production) in 2024. Amaqui is 22 years old yet her emotional original tracks reflect a lifetime of deep experience.

Amaqui released her first single in early 2025, Heaven Speaks With Rain, and she is currently working on an EP and a full album which will both be released in the coming months.

Amaqui is booking shows for her original music in NYC, Los Angeles and beyond; please reach out  to discuss opportunities. She also performs gigs as lead singer of rock, pop and jazz concerts on both coasts.
