Amaqui is a professional singer/songwriter and vocal performer who writes ethereal, emotional pop.

Amaqui, who was born and raised in NYC as Amaqui Zori Sanchez-Warner, won a prestigious YoungArts Award at 17 for pop vocals in 2021, and attended Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU Tisch on scholarship. She completed a studio recording/producing program at Stargate's LAAMP program (Los Angeles Academy of Artists and Music Production) in 2024.

Amaqui released her first single in early 2025, Heaven Speaks With Rain, and she is currently working on an EP and a full album which will both be released in the coming months.

Amaqui is booking shows for her original music in NYC, Los Angeles and beyond; please reach out  to discuss opportunities. She also performs gigs as lead singer of rock, pop and jazz on both coasts.
